The bowl feeder applied in the commutator armature production line is to feed the end cover, commutator. Also can applied in the aluminum rotor production line to feed the clip, bearing etc.

paper Inserting Machine
This machine applies absolutely mechanical action, paper feeding device feeds the insulation paper into the tooling (which has the base, press needle, cuter), while the paper is feeding to the position, the cutter cuts off the paper, and push to the base, the press needle inserts upward and keep the paper into the tooling to be in shape, the press needle moves upward further to keep the shaped paper into the slot, then it reverses, indexing runs and position to the next slot for paper insertion until the last slot.
rotor winding Machine
WD-1-SAW series developed in August, 2008. Its winding and indexing are driven by the servo motor. Operation process is controlled by PLC and displayed by touching screen.
Comparing to the armature winding machines we produced before that period, its features are as follows,

² The hooking part is protected by the sleeves, which is faster and more reliable.
² Flyer unit is made of alloy aluminum, which is of high strength.

² For different wire diameter, magnetic constant tension unit or electrical control unit MITSUBISHI is used in tension control part; meanwhile, the tension holder is rotatable to adapt to different requirement.
