Auto basket load stator Varnish Dipping machine 

Continuousely stator varnish machine is to do the deeper insulation treatment by the insulation varnish coating to the coils for the qualified wound stators. 

It includes preheating zone, ambient cooling zone, varnish dipping zone, varnish drippling zone, post-curing zone, unloading/loading zone. And the varnish circulation tanks to keep same level liquid and outside varnish supply tank is equipped with water cooler to ensure the varnish quality.
